At Courtney Isles, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and an additional $200 for the second pet along with a monthly pet rent of $15 for one pet and $25 for two pets.

Two pets maximum per apartment home are allowed.

No weight limit! We do, however, have some breed restrictions.
Shepherd, Doberman, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Chow, Bull Mastiff, Wolf-dog hybrid, Great Dane, St. Bernard.
